CM Equity Partners (CMEP) is a private equity investment firm that specializes in investing in government contract service businesses. Since 1995, the firm has purchased multiple platform companies that primarily serve the U.S. federal government. CMEP is affiliated with Carl Marks & Co., LP (see profile), a private family investment office with merchant banking activities dating to 1925.
