    The CalCEF Clean Energy Angel Fund I, LP is a seed and start-up stage investment fund in the clean energy and related technologies market, including energy efficiency, green buildings, power reliability and alternative energy. The Fund's objectives are to produce an attractive financial return on investments through the commercial advancement of clean energy technologies. The California Clean Energy Fund (CalCEF) is a nonprofit corporation formed in 2004 to accelerate investment in California's clean energy ecosystem. Acting as the limited partner to the Angel investment fund, CalCEF seeks to promote the growth of companies developing a wide range of clean energy technologies that will bring economic and environmental benefits to California.
