Capital Dynamics is an independent asset management firm focusing on private assets, including private equity, clean energy and infrastructure, and real estate. As a long-standing primary investor, Capital Dynamics has developed solid relationships with over 350 General Partners in more than 800 funds. The firm's co-investment strategy is focused on buyouts, but also includes select development capital and special situations. Capital Dynamics recently introduced a new direct investment strategy in Clean Energy and Infrastructure. Additionally, Capital Dynamics raised one of the first dedicated secondary funds. Capital Dynamics closed its fourth secondaries fund at $564 million in July 2016.
