    Description:

The Central Valley Fund (CVF) was established by the principals of Gael Partners, LLC to provide private capital for small to mid-sized businesses to finance later stage growth, strategic acquisitions, ownership transitions and recapitalizations. CVF provides mezzanine capital primarily to growing California Central Valley firms with revenues between $10M and $100M and at least $1M in cash flow. CVF's target investment is between $3M-$15M with larger commitments possible through co-investment with other funds, typically with a 5-year term. CVF seeks to invest in companies with principal operations in the California Central Valley, that have been in business at least 5 years with at least 3 years prior audited financial statements, and have a strong management team in place.
