    Concurrence Capital Holdings is a private investment and management firm, which maintains a long term and patient view of holdings in its portfolio. The firm is interested in control or minority investment opportunities with the following characteristics: Companies with revenues in excess of $5 million where there are growth opportunities; and Normalized EBITDA between $1-8 million (no size requirement for add-ons). Concurrence prefers companies headquartered in the Eastern or Central time zones.
