    Description:

DCA Capital Partners, LP has over $3 billion dollars of transaction experience and provides expansion capital to growth-oriented, middle-market businesses in under-served markets across California and the Southwest, with a particular focus on the Hispanic community. In conjunction with its institutional investor partners, the Fund provides promising middle-market, later-stage companies, typically in the range of $10-100 million in revenues, with the additional capital and expertise needed to successfully expand and extend businesses. Companies must have a minimum of $10 million in revenues and cash flow greater than $1 million. DCA Capital provides funding for the purposes of: 1) investing in strategic and operational growth or acquisitions (growth capital); 2) providing partial liquidity to business owners interested in diversifying risk or retiring balance sheet debt (recapitalization); and 3) controlling investments in promising growth businesses (buyouts); and 4) companies with strong fundamentals that are experiencing near-term balance sheet stress. The Fund will also invest selectively in divisional spinouts/divestitures and industry consolidation opportunities. DCA Capital generally invests $2-6 million in the primary business sectors prevalent in the company's region, including: business and financial services, healthcare (services/IT), manufacturing and distribution, technology, media and publishing, and retail. The company has the capacity to invest $30-50 million through affiliated fund partners. The firm generally invests in companies in the underserved communities in California and the Southwest that are established and have a proven market position with opportunity for continued growth. Typical investment structures include expansion/growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and buyouts. The firm's investment strategy targets companies with EBITDA at $5 to $20 million.
