    Description:

    Energy Technology Ventures (ETV) is a joint venture comprised of GE, NRG Energy, and ConocoPhillips. ETV looks to invest in venture- and growth-stage energy technology companies with a focus in renewable power generation, smart grid, energy efficiency, oil, natural gas, coal and nuclear energy, emission controls, water and biofuels. The group plans to have $300 million committed to investments over the next four years, with a target portfolio of 30 companies.
