    Description:

The Enterprise Institute is a private, non-profit corporation that helps researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs commercialize their ideas. The firm's customized assistance includes help with intellectual property searches, competitive analysis, business strategy, financial analysis, business plan review and capital sourcing. The firm is also involved in strengthening the equity infrastructure in the region by providing support to angel funds and angel networks. Enterprise Angels was formed to encourage investment in high-growth, start-up companies in an organized effort. It is a network of accredited investors and angel groups that meet at least quarterly for presentations of companies that are seeking capital investors. The dinner meetings include networking time, educational topics and discussion of issues related to angel investing. Support services and deal flow are provided by the Enterprise Institute. The Institute also manages five Angel funds throughout South Dakota. Each fund below is accepting applications from high-growth companies seeking equity funding. The Angel funds include Falls Angel Fund, Two Bridges Capital, SDSU/Brookings Angel Fund II, Kampeska Capital, and Black Hills Regional Angel Fund.
