Fort Point Capital is a private equity firm that invests in growing companies in a range of sectors, including business services, healthcare, consumer, and software and information, with a particular focus on service-oriented companies across these sectors. Prior to founding Fort Point Capital in 2010, Co-Founders Brooke Ablon and Paul Lipson were Partners at Fidelity Equity Partners, a $500 million growth buyout fund sponsored by Fidelity Investments. Fort Point invests in companies with $20-$100 million in enterprise value, with $10-$30 million in equity and invests in the form of control buyouts and add-ons.
