    GDN Holdings is the private investment vehicle for Dr. Glen David Nelson. Dr. Nelson serves as a Senior Advisor at CVS Pharmacy, and as a Special Advisor at Itamar Medical Ltd. Dr. Nelson has over 40 years of health care industry experience. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President at Medtronic Inc. since 1986. Dr. Nelson served as the Chief Executive Officer at American MedCenters from July 1984 to August 1986.
