    Gefinor Ventures, founded in 2002, is an early stage venture capital firm providing capital, guidance, and strategic support to early stage companies with disruptive technologies. With offices in Austin and New York, the firm provides the presence and reach of a large organization with a focused entrepreneurial approach. Principals of Gefinor Ventures have experience investing in multiple industry sectors which include Financial Services, Telecommunications, Semiconductors, Software & Services, Medical & Health/Fitness, Manufacturing, and Consumer Products. The firm focuses on investment opportunities throughout the U.S. with opportunities requiring closer supervision limited to the Northeast. Gefinor Ventures has over $60 million under management through several funds, including a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) fund. Gefinor Ventures invests in early stage companies that are seeking Series A, B, or C rounds; however, the firm does consider seed or later stage investments on a case-by-case basis. Typical investment sizes range from $1-$2 million on the initial investment, and up to $3-$4 million over subsequent rounds.
