    Formerly known as Thayer | Hidden Creek, HCI Equity Partners is a strategically focused private equity firm that targets growth oriented industrial product and service companies. The Firm has offices in Washington, DC. HCI Equity Partners invests $15-75 million per company in the lower middle market which includes companies with approximately $20 to $200 million in annual revenue (and $3 million to $25 million in EBITDA). HCI targets companies that manufacture components or provide services in markets such as: Aerospace/Defense and Federal Services; Automotive and Commercial Vehicle Suppliers; Distribution; Industrial Distribution; Infrastructure; Power Generation; Test & Measurement; and Transportation and Logistics. HCI has a structured investment approach for intermediaries: EBITDA up to $25 million and equity at $15-35 million.
