Founded in 1984 by Arthur E. Levine and Lauren B. Leichtman, Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) invests in middle market companies located in the United States. LLCP manages approximately $12.3 billion of institutional capital on behalf of itself and its worldwide network of investors. LLCP strategically focuses on companies in the underserved sector of the U.S. middle market by targeting companies with revenues less than $50 million and/or investment amounts of $100M or less. For flagship platforms, LLCP focuses primarily on U.S. middle market structured private equities with revenues of approximately $50M to $250M.
