At least $3 million of annual recurring revenue (ARR); 50% growth year over year; Healthcare technology enabled services and SaaS-based businesses that do not require FDA or regulatory approval (does not invest in devices, pharma, or biotech). For early-stage companies with strong growth potential, Martin's general goal is to initially invest between $2 million, and $4 million. The firm has funded more than 50 companies since inception, and currently has more than 30 active portfolio companies.
