MRV is interested in commercializing advanced materials technologies that solve acute issues related to: Energy Production, Storage and Conservation; Water Supply Sustainability; and Human Health. Initial investments range from $250k to $1.5M with up to $10M invested over subsequent rounds. Board representation is generally required and MRV members may take on interim management positions. MRV is interested in a 30% to 70% ownership stake.
