New Dominion Angels is an investor group formed to capitalize early-stage, Virginia-based companies. New Dominion is not a managed fund, but rather a group of like-minded members who make individual decisions whether to invest in companies that present to the group. If a company passes through due diligence in high standing, New Dominion presents a due diligence packet to members who make individual decisions on whether to invest. New Dominion then pools committed capital together and forms a single investment vehicle to execute the investment, targeting a minimum aggregated investment of $200,000.
