Pamplona Capital Management is a specialist investment manager that provides an alternative investment platform across private equity, fund of hedge funds and single manager hedge fund investments. We manage assets for a variety of clients including public pension funds, international wealth managers, multinational corporations, family offices and funds of hedge funds. Since its inception in 2005, Pamplona has raised five private equity funds with over $11 billion of capital commitments. In March 2016, Pamplona began investing Pamplona TMT I, L.P., a dedicated private equity fund with $1.0 billion of committed capital, to make equity investments in technology, media and telecom (TMT) companies. Pamplona Capital Management invests primarily in Europe and North America and target equity investments of $50 to $125 million.
