Plenary's investment philosophy and flexible funding structures provide an equity alternative to business owners seeking to grow and improve their businesses while planning for an eventual sale or recapitalization. The firm can partner with management sometimes months and even years before an ultimate transaction, providing a customized level of involvement at either the board or operating level. Plenary's principals have previously invested in and assisted several niche manufacturers, healthcare and consumer companies with everything from setting high-level business strategy to providing interim on-site, day-to-day management. Plenary's interest in special situation opportunities allows it to consider companies in a variety of stages or transitions, but ideally they are revenue-generating and cash flow positive. Plenary may consider late-stage venture opportunities under certain circumstances. Plenary's minimum EBITDA or free cash flow is $1,000,000.
