Toni Chaltiel is the co-founder and manager of Redhills Ventures LLC, the Chaltiel private family investment arm. Victor Chaltiel (now deceased) was the founder of HealthDataInsights Inc., the leader in healthcare claims integrity. HDI was sold in 2011 to HMS Holdings Inc. for $400 million in cash. Before founding Redhills Ventures, Victor served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Total Renal Care Holdings, Inc, the nation's second largest provider of renal dialysis services with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Redhills Ventures LLC is a venture capital group specializing mostly, but not exclusively, in healthcare. Redhills Ventures participates either as a lead investor, or as co-investors with a different lead investor, in expansion rounds and buyout opportunities of companies with revenues under $100 million per annum as well as in early stage opportunities.
