Sand Oak Capital Partners, LLC is a private equity firm established in 2009. The firm principally focuses on the acquisition of closely held businesses in need of recapitalization, succession planning and/or turnaround. It will consider investment in these and other opportunities, which can benefit from the experience and expertise of its two principals in private equity, corporate finance, direct operating, corporate governance and law. Sand Oak targets companies generating $20.0 - $200.0 million of annual revenue and at least $1.0 million in annual free cash flow, with transaction sizes ranging in size from $10 to $50 million (enterprise value). Targeted industries include, but are not limited to: Chemical, Industrial components, Firearms, Testing equipment, Metal Recycling, Process Instrumentation, Plastics and synthetics, Aerospace, Health and safety equipment, and Consumer goods.
