    Description:

    Founded in 1991, Seaport Capital manages over $500 million of capital in three private equity funds. Seaport provides equity capital for growth, recapitalizations, and buyout opportunities for media, telecommunications, information and business services private companies with market capitalizations between $10 and $100 million and junior capital needs of $5 to $20 million and companies with $3 to $15 million EBITDA. Seaport generally provides between $10 and $35 million equity over 3 to 7 years. Seaport prefers to invest in companies with a local or regional focus headquartered throughout the United States and targets the following industries: marketing services, custom publishing, online advertising, digital agencies, education services, co-location and managed services, communication towers, business process outsourcing, B2B publishing, event & sponsorship marketing, late-stage software, and cable.
