    Founded in 1991, Seaport Capital manages over $500 million of capital in three private equity funds. Seaport provides equity capital for private companies with market capitalizations between $10 and $100 million and junior capital needs of $5 to $20 million. Seaport targets companies with $3 to $15 million EBITDA in the communications services, business and information services, and media sectors. Seaport generally provides between $10 and $30 million equity over 3 to 7 years. Seaport prefers to invest in companies with an enterprise value of $25 to $150 million, a local or regional focus headquartered throughout the United States, and targets the following industries: marketing services, custom publishing, online advertising, digital agencies, education services, co-location and managed services, communication towers, business process outsourcing, B2B publishing, event & sponsorship marketing, late-stage software, and cable.
