    Description:

    Sentinel Capital Partners is a private equity investment firm with approximately $2.6 billion of capital under management. Sentinel seeks to invest in businesses with attractive growth prospects and high quality management teams interested in becoming owners of the companies. The firm makes equity investments in a range of smaller, traditional middle-market private and public companies in the United States and Canada. Sentinel's preferred industry sectors are: Aerospace/Defense; Business Services; Consumer Products/Services; Distribution; Food/Restaurants; Franchising; Healthcare Products/Services; and Industrial Manufacturing. Sentinel's equity investments range from $25 million to $175 million, depending on the needs of the company and opportunity presented but prefers to invest between $40 million and $125 million, although the firm can invest up to $75 million of equity per transaction in companies in the business services/outsourcing, consumer products and services, food and restaurants, franchising, and manufacturing industries. The firm targets companies up to $65 million in EBITDA and enterprise values ranging from $40 million to $200 million. Sentinel's investment horizon is usually between five and seven years, although we have the ability to hold an investment for up to 10-years. $5.2 billion has been raised since inception.
