Skyview Capital is a privately held investment firm that specializes in the acquisition and strategic management of mission-critical, industry-leading businesses in services and technology. The areas the firm is particularly interested in include: Technology & Services (Telecommunication equipment & services, software and related services, Distribution and logistics, Transaction Processing, Outsourced Business Services, Semiconductor Industry, Computer hardware and components, IT services, Healthcare, Media content and delivery). Other industries of interest include: Aerospace and defense, Catalog Industry, Consumer products, Transportation, Specialty manufacturing, Travel & Leisure, and Food Processing & Distribution. The firm seeks to acquire divisions that have been 'orphaned' by their corporate parent or that have been deemed non-strategic to the parent's overall objectives. Skyview's acquisition criteria may exhibit some or all of the following characteristics: Geographically located in North America, South America, and/or Europe; and companies generating revenues ranging between $10 million to $400 million, however bottom-line profitably and/or an existing management team are not a requirement.
