Strait Lane Capital Partners (SLCP) based in Dallas is a privately held investment firm focused on leveraged recapitalizations and management buyouts of lower middle-market businesses. SLCP was formed in 2009 as the investment arm of two family offices. Strait Lane typically targets asset-light, service or manufacturing businesses with a minimum of $2 million of EBITDA and/or revenues of $10 million. Typical investments are at least $5 million.
