Striker Partners is a private, family-based investment firm formed to make majority equity investments in small, profitable, and growing businesses. Striker targets investments in small to medium-sized industrial businesses (enterprise value of $5-$40 million). Striker typically invests between $5 and $15 million, with an emphasis on acquisitions and control investments. Striker targets growth-oriented niche manufacturing and business service companies (EBITDA between $1-5 million), with an emphasis on opportunities that support a platform strategy where growth can be accelerated through strategic acquisitions. Striker will evaluate growth equity or buyout investment opportunities in most growth-oriented industries. Striker invests nationwide, with a strong preference for the Eastern half of the U.S. but does not focus in the Consumer, Retail, Energy, or Heavy Manufacturing industry sectors.
