Tamiami Angels is a family of angel funds organized to invest in early stage high potential, accelerated growth companies. The Tamiami Angel Fund I, LLC (TAFI) is proposed to realize significant long-term capital appreciation by investing in high-quality, early stage entrepreneurial companies in Florida. The Fund holds monthly meetings to facilitate individual introductions and networking opportunities for its membership. The Fund also provides a place for the sharing and exchange of business and technical experience. The Fund will generally invest in companies that the group believes have the potential to grow to more than $50 million in annual revenue within five years. This should be in either a developing market or in an existing market with national scope. TAFI typically invests between $200,000 and $500,000 in a company, focusing on growth oriented companies with revenue, where the principals and founders are highly committed. Fund II is a consensus sequel to Fund I focused on deal syndication. The Target Addressable Market size is $500M (TAM).
