    Description:

    TiE LaunchPad is an accelerator begun by TiE for enterprise-focused startups. The TiE Launchpad accepts up to eight companies per batch for a five month program run at TiE Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, CA. The program is operated, mentored and funded by TiE Charter Members and the core focus of the program is to help enterprise startups validate their business and prepare for their first round of funding. Companies receive up to $50,000 in convertible notes and preference is given to those who are located in the Bay area, and access to 350+ executives who are Charter Members of TiE Silicon Valley. The fee for joining the accelerator is 4% common equity. Tie also asks for a right to for its investors to co-invest up to 10% of the next round, which it will assist in raising. Optional desk space at TiE in Santa Clara is available for $250/month per desk.
