    Description:

    Trive Capital is a Dallas, TX-based private equity fund focused on acquiring strategically viable but under-resourced middle-market companies with the potential for transformational upside through operational improvement. Trive targets complex situations, including but not limited to family-owned businesses, corporate carve-outs and distressed transactions. The firm's professionals have considerable experience structuring, financing and closing middle-market transactions in unique circumstances, including bankruptcy procedures, restarts and lift-outs. Trive focuses on companies with revenue $30 to $500 million, investing $5 million - $40 million per platform, that are North American headquartered (overseas operations are acceptable).
