    Founded in 1995, WCC is an investment bank specializing in transactions of $10 million to $100 million. The firm's Merchant Banking operations work with early-stage companies with proprietary and/or patented technologies; Companies with proven management track records; Growth industries; and Industry consolidations of fragmented industries. Transaction sizes are typically $5 million to $75 million. WCC has no geographic limitations and has assisted companies throughout the United States and Canada. WCC prefers companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $100 million and EBITDA from $1 million to $10 million. While receptive to opportunities in all industries, WCC has significant prior investment experience in the following sectors: Consumer products manufacturing; Consumer services, including restaurants, retail, travel & leisure; and Business services. WCC's principal, Lorne Goldberg, owns and operates three restaurant chains, Mandarin Express, Leeann Chin and Chin's Asia Fresh. Mr. Goldberg's portfolio of quick-service Chinese restaurants is the second largest in the U.S.
