Active Capital is a venture firm that seeks to lead seed rounds for founder led, B2B SaaS companies and will invest in founders across the US. The firm is founded by Pat Matthews, co-founder and former CEO of Webmail.us, a B2B SaaS company that was ranked #217 on the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in America and sold to Rackspace in 2007. In early 2019, Active Capital raised $21.5 million for its debut fund. Active Capital will invest $100k-$500K in pre-seed and $500K-$1 million in seed rounds.
