Altos Partners is a private equity firm that invests in energy-related service and manufacturing companies. The firm will invest in 33-75% ownership via a flexible combination of subordinated debt, preferred equity and common equity. Altos invests between $20 million and $80 million and, other than a traditional bank relationship, should be the only capital provider the company will need to execute its vision. The firm focuses on oilfield services and manufacturing as well as supply chain companies serving midstream and downstream infrastructure that have under $75 million of revenue and over $2 million of earnings. Ideal companies are private equity-owned by generalist funds, family-owned businesses or corporate divestitures in North America.
