Angeles Equity Partners (AEP) is a lower middle-market private equity firm that invests across a wide range of sectors. The firm focuses on platform investments with headquarters and primary operations in the United States and Canada, however, follow-on transactions for existing platform investments can be located in any geography. AEP will invest up to $50 million in companies with enterprise values of up to $200 million. Transaction times included: Corporate carve-outs and divestitures, Recapitalizations, Joint ventures, Restructurings/bankruptcies, and Public-to-private transactions. AEP looks for 50% or more ownership when making control equity investments.
