    BlackEagle Partners, LLC, with offices in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and New York, is an operationally focused, middle market private equity firm. BlackEagle focuses on the lower middle market industrial space targeting opportunities in Underperforming or troubled businesses; Non-core subsidiaries of larger companies; Companies in breach of their covenants; Companies in or near bankruptcy; Companies impacted by external shocks and globalization; and Businesses in out-of-favor industries. BlackEagle seeks to make control investments of between $5 million and $25 million in equity capital across a broad range of industries excluding technology, real estate and telecommunications. The firm is interested in pursuing companies with: revenue between $25 million and $250 million and up to $15 million of EBITDA. Target Industries include: Aerospace and defense, Building products and construction services, Business and consumer services, Consumer products, Distribution, Healthcare products and services, Industrial products and services, Natural resources, Niche manufacturing, and Transportation.
