    Bridge Investments is a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on the lower middle market. Bridge's ideal investment size is $1 million to $10 million, allowing for total transaction values of up to $35 million. Preferred EBITDA is $0 to $5 million with a clear path to near-term, sustained profitability for growth equity candidates that are breakeven. The firm does not generally invest in start-ups. Bridge's focus Industries include business services, software as a service (SaaS), consumer, niche manufacturing, healthcare services, commercial real estate and hotels.
