Prior to founding Carroll Capital, Mr. Carroll spent over two decades at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) in New York and London, where he was a Partner of the firm and served on its Investment Committee. Carroll Capital Holdings makes investments in high quality companies and real estate that the firm believes will generate attractive returns on equity. In addition to passive investments, Carroll Capital invests in companies that we take an active roll in. The firm is active in Niche Industrial and Distribution, Medical Products, Chemicals and Materials, Consumer Products, Education and Software sectors. The firm targets companies with EBITDA of $5M to $20M and enterprise value of $50M to $250M.
