The firm focuses on investments in under-resourced, lower to middle-market businesses with enterprise values between $25 million and $200 million and EBITDA of $4 million to $25 million. The firm prefers to invest in United States-based companies and does not invest in those located the Southwest, Southeast, and Midwest. Since 1994, the firm's principals have completed over 50 transactions representing over $2 billion of equity deployed.
