Dos Rios Partners is a private equity firm investing in the small business market, primarily in the six-state region encompassing Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The firm targets niche or niche-dominating companies with approximately $3 million to $12 million in EBITDA. Dos Rios will invest $5 million to $15 million through control and non-control transactions and structures its investment in the form of common, preferred and mezzanine. The firm also considers opportunities for more than $15 million investment in conjunction with capital from others, including limited partners, existing owners, management teams, independent sponsors, other private equity funds and search funds. Dos Rios does not invest in seed, startup and early-stage companies and turnarounds.
