    Franklin Mountain Investments (FMI) is a diversified investment company owned by Paul L. Foster. The Company has investments in numerous businesses, including Energy, Private Equity, Real Estate, Construction, Aviation, Sports, Restaurants, Medical Devices, and more. Since 2007, the Foster Family has donated over $182 million to charitable causes and organizations, including $77.3 million to initially fund the Paul L. Foster Family Foundation in 2018. The Fosters have given generously to initiatives in Texas and the El Paso Borderplex region, including significant civic and charitable donations. Gifts include a $50 million donation to create the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.
