John C. Goff is a private investor based in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Goff invests in a variety of public and private industries, through his family office, Goff Capital, which he founded in 2009. He co-founded Crescent Real Estate with Richard Rainwater in the early 1990s, designing the strategy and orchestrating the acquisitions leading to its initial public offering (NYSE) in May 1994. Mr. Goff combined the resources of Crescent Real Estate and Goff Capital Partners to establish and lead the capital campaign for the first GP Invitation Fund. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Crescent Real Estate, as well as Contango Oil & Gas Company, a publicly traded independent oil & gas producer. He is presently focused on investments in aerospace, energy, entertainment, real estate, and wellness.
