Formed in 1989, Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison is a private equity investment firm, which has invested $575 million (excluding institutional equity co-investments) in 31 platform companies. The firm targets companies with enterprise values ranging between $25 and $150 million, with an investment size from $10 to $30 million. The firm prefers to invest in businesses located in the Midwestern U.S., particularly in the Upper Midwest. Companies are targeted with stable cash flow trajectory, generally with EBITDA greater than $5 million.
