The Haas Corporation has created a publishing powerhouse of 54 titles both free and paid circulation. Their portfolio included the Apartment Guide, The Perfect Wedding Guide, Sport Diver, and Southern Homes magazine (now Atlanta Homes & Lifestyle). HC also founded Distributech, which was the nation's largest free publication distribution company at the time of liquidation. In addition to publishing, the Haas and Portman families' wealth comes from architecture, development, real estate, and distribution sectors. Haas Portman is happy to co-invest, participate in Special Purpose Vehicles, and write follow on checks.
