CEO, Mats Wahlstrom, has more than 27 years international experience in healthcare from such positions as CFO of the Gambro Group and as CEO of Gambro Healthcare Inc. He has also served as CEO of Fresenius Medical Services, Co-CEO of Fresenius Medical North America, and was a member of the Group Management for Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co KGaA. KMG's portfolio will consist of core operating companies with a focus on free cash flow generation and long-term value creation, with an ownership structure of 25% or greater of these core operating companies.
