Based in Greenwich, CT, Landmark Angels was formed in 2008 with a core group of 25. Now numbering approximately 300 nationwide, our membership includes: high net-worth individuals, fund managers (venture, private equity, asset management, and hedge), former executives of major corporations, successful entrepreneurs and prominent family offices. Landmark provides equity capital to early and growth-stage entrepreneurial companies in the following sectors: BioPharma & Life Science; Healthcare Services; Med. Device; Digital Health; Energy/ Cleantech; EdTech; FinTech; AgriTech; Emerging Technologies; and Consumer Products. Landmark Angels hosts monthly investor forums in Greenwich, CT and New York City and semiannual forums in Palm Beach, FL and Newport Beach, CA. Each member makes their own investment determinations and is responsible for conducting their own due diligence. Landmark is a decentralized group. When an individual investor or Family Office seeks to pursue an investment of $250k (or more) they typically become the lead investor for the group and are complemented by additional members. If there is investment interest below $250k for a single entity, then our member-investors may join a current round.
