    Description:

    Landmark Partners is a private equity and real estate investment company specializing in secondary funds. Formed in 1989, the firm has one of the longest track records in the industry and is a leading source of liquidity to owners of interests in venture, mezzanine, buyout, and real estate limited partnerships. Landmark has about $19.5 billion of AUM as of June 30, 2021. Landmark has formed 31 funds focused on real estate, real asset, venture, mezzanine, and buyout limited partnerships over the last 30 years. These funds have been capitalized at more than $27 billion, which has been deployed across over 2,300 partnership interests that comprise over 20,000 underlying company and property investments. In January 2015, Landmark Partners closed its most recent equity fund, Landmark Equity Partners XV, with $3.25 billion. The fund exceeded its initial target of $2.5 billion. The predecessor fund, Landmark Equity Partners XIV, closed at $2 billion in 2010. In 2015, Landmark Real Estate Fund VII was formed to acquire portfolios of interests in real estate funds. The fund has been capitalized at $1.6 billion.
