Motorskill Ventures takes early stage investment positions in incubated companies. The firm pursues early-stage and first-round investments in majority owned operating companies or select 'angel' opportunities; equity positions in situations where strong venture partners have taken the lead; late-stage 'takeout' opportunities involving mature candidates for IPO's, mergers, or acquisitions; unique technology and intellectual property acquisitions from distressed companies with high R&D investment; and participation in IPO and secondary offerings with major U.S. underwriting syndicates. Motorskill also maintains an office in Beijing, China.
