NIN Ventures is a first of its kind technology venture capital fund to be raised via the World Wide Web. NIN.VC will invest in early and growth stage financial services technology, education software, internet and digital media, mobile communication, cloud computing, and 3D printing. The fund will invest $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 as a part of a syndicate or lead. NIN Venture Technology (QP) Fund is actively taking on investments. An individual with an income of more than $200,000 per year, or a joint income of $300,000, in each of the last two years and expect to reasonably maintain the same level of income OR have a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with his or her spouse, excluding the primary residence, qualifies as an accredited investor.
