Description:

The North Mississippi Enterprise Initiative (NMEI) is a non-profit, public/private regional partnership for entrepreneurial growth. NMEI manages 3 business incubators -- Oxford, Batesville and Grenada -- and provides leadership in entrepreneurship within the region. The sponsoring entities include the cities of Batesville, Grenada and Oxford; the counties of Panola, Grenada and Lafayette; the Panola Partnership; the Oxford-Lafayette Economic Development Foundation; the Grenada Economic Development District; the Economic Development Authority of the U.S. Dept. of Commerce; the Tennessee Valley Authority; the Mississippi Development Authority; and the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
