Pelican manages approximately $120 million of equity capital. Pelican targets profitable, established businesses with EBITDA generally between $1 million and $10 million annually. The firm does have the ability to consummate transactions with EBITDA up to $30+ million. The firm closed its second private equity fund July of 2016 at $210 million.
