Founded in 2012 by Nabyl Charania, German Montoya, Juan Montoya, Charles Irizarry, and Brian Sanchez, Rokk3r Labs launches companies through its comprehensive cobuilding approach, leveraging sound business practices and entrepreneurial experience with a proven and profound understanding of the modern digital world. Rokk3r Labs' specialized team of engineers, creatives, and strategists propel ideas into amazing companies. Rokk3r Venture Builders solve problems specific to an industry vertical (ie: Fintech) or geography (ie: Latin America). Rokk3r Labs has worked with 21 South Florida companies in the last two years, eight of which have raised a second round of funding, six are in the market seeking funding, and seven are still in the co-building process. Rokk3r announced (March of 2017) the launch of Rokk3r Fuel, a dedicated investment fund ($150 million) designed to give investors access to Rokk3r Labs' proprietary approach of identifying and co-building innovative, new companies. Rokk3r Fuel is led by founding partners Jeff Ransdell and Jonas Tempel in partnership with Rokk3r Labs managing founders Nabyl Charania and German Montoya. In under a decade Rokk3r has built over 50 companies worth over half a billion dollars.
