Rosewood Private Investments is the private equity arm of The Rosewood Corporation, a prominent family-owned company with worldwide operations and investments. Rosewood is wholly owned by the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate and has grown over generations by developing and acquiring businesses that are leaders in their respective industries. Since 1935, Rosewood has invested worldwide across a broad range of industries and transaction structures. The firm will make investments in the amount of $50-$100 million in companies with an EBITDA of at least $5 million and revenues between $20-$150 million. Sector focus includes aerospace and defense, manufacturing technology, and nutrition and wellness. Rosewood does not pursue opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Exploration & Production, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, and Biotech sectors.
